Rosh Chodesh Plus with Julie Gale

Our Rosh Chodesh Plus co-chair, Julie Gale, has recently published a memoir with recipes, entitled, The View From My Kitchen Window. She will be reading passages and demonstrating a recipe from the book. Julie will give a short lesson on how to use phyllo dough to prepare mushroom strudels and tastings. Signed copies of the book will be available. This program will take place at Julie's Teaching Kitchen adjacent to her home in Hillsdale, New York (20 minutes from Hevreh). Please RSVP to Julie through Hevreh at info@hevreh.org.
