About the Event
Please join us for a 60-minute yoga class led by Hevreh member, Nina Lipkowitz. The class will focus on meditation, stretching, core strength, and alignment. Please bring your own yoga mat and/or blanket. Any new attendees should please come 10 minutes early so Nina can help with setup. For more information please email info@hevreh.org.
