About the Event
In preparation for the High Holy Days, we'll take a deep dive into the Book of Jonah, which is traditionally read as part of Yom Kippur day.
The Book of Jonah is a four-chapter narrative that explores the themes of transgression and the possibility of forgiveness. At its core, the book explores the question of changeability. Can people change their ways? Can God change God's own mind? As we perform our personal spiritual preparations for the High Holy Days, during this Lunch n' Learn series, we'll explore these themes as we dive deep into the Book of Jonah.
All are welcome. No experience is necessary.
The classes are in person, and virtual access is available. Please contact info@hevreh.org to receive the Zoom log-in information.
