February 3 @ 6:00 p.m.
The Shabbat which includes the Torah reading of Shirat Hayam--The Song of the Sea, is always designated as Shabbat Shira, The Shabbat of Song. Please join members of Hevreh's choir who will share some new and some familiar versions of our best "literature of praise," the Psalms. Mostly Psalms 150 but a few other Psalms for good measure, we'll sing Hallelujah ! And, just for fun, we'll also include two renditions of Psalms 150 that for reasons which will be clear, we'll listen to rather than sing. A fun evening of song and spirit!!
TU B'SHEVAT SEDER
All families and congregants are invited to join with their Hebrew Skills students for a Tu B'Shevat Seder led by Rabbi Rosenberg. Join us to learn more about this holiday and participate in a delightful Jewish ritual.
Everyone is invited to attend.
